Great location, walking distance to the center and also to Gasthuisberg Campus. My studio was in great condition and Erika was very responsive. Everything went well during my stay.

Contact with the landlord is good. If you have any problem, she may help you. The place is comfortable, great location.

Convenient housing with good location. Reasonably priced rent, great place for exchange students

I stayed in this building and it's was a pleasure. Erika, my host, is a nice person, very attentive to her tenants, available and very responsive.

You are an Erasmus student or on an internship? Bring a light luggage! The studio is clean and well equipped with the necessary supplies for your stay.

The building is well located, five minutes from the city center and ten minutes from Leuven station by bus.

I highly recommend these studios for your stays in Leuven.
